Stella Coffee Bar just got a full-blown resurrection — courtesy of the gorillas of Brussels: Grond Studio. This wasn’t a lick of paint; it was a total reinvention from the ground up. Every wall, every ceiling, every surface has been worked over with raw earth plaster and buttery lime, all laid down in our trademark no-filter, straight-from-the-hand style. It’s rough, real, and alive — the kind of texture that catches sunlight, shadow, and attention in equal measure.

This is punk craftsmanship: no fake finishes, no Pinterest polish. Just honest materials doing their thing. Imperfections? Hell yes — that’s where the beauty lives. The room breathes, shifts, and glows through the day, a living skin of earth and lime built for coffee, conversation, and chaos in equal measure.

And let’s talk furniture — that’s the handiwork of the wood chimps of WOTI, our wild collaborators in timber form. Together, we’ve turned Stella into more than a coffee bar. It’s a head nod to raw attitude, handmade rebellion, and a taste of Brussels grit — served hot, loud, and a little rebellious.

Stella now pours espresso with the same energy that built the space: punk, raw, and real.
