The Catena Table Series is based on the structural logic of the Catena blocks in rammed earth. Each table combines these dense earthen elements with a wooden slab, forming a simple and stable composition with clear construction value.

The first edition, Catena Table T01, measures 4.2 meters in length and was made near Brussels using local soil and wood from fallen beech trees. Three rammed earth modules support the surface, giving the table its rhythm, balance, and weight.

The series explores how compacted earth can be used as a load-bearing element in furniture and spatial applications. Its modular setup allows for assembly, transport, and reuse in different contexts. Upcoming versions will test new soils, colors, and wood types to expand the system’s structural and aesthetic range.
